Privacy Policy
CrushPop · Effective 9 October 2026 · Current prototype
1. Scope
This policy describes the current CrushPop preview. It explains the game’s local storage and data handling. Public developer name: Crush Pop Studio. Public support and privacy contact: crushpopstudio7@gmail.com. Legal publisher: Babu Dey, operating as Crush Pop Studio.
2. Information stored on your device
CrushPop stores completed level progress, remaining booster inventory, sound/music/vibration preferences, and the accepted Terms and Privacy Policy version and acceptance time locally on your device. This lets the game remember your progress and choices. Your unfinished board, score, remaining moves, collection goals and countdown state are saved locally so you can resume. Remaining booster counts are stored locally.
3. Collection, transmission and sharing
The current game does not send gameplay records or local preferences to the developer. It has no player registration, advertising, analytics, crash-reporting service or cloud-save integration. It does not request your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone or photos. Local records are not sold or shared by the game.
When you access a browser-hosted preview or download the game, the hosting service or app store may process network information such as your IP address under its own privacy practices. This policy does not claim that those independent services collect no information.
4. Permissions and device features
Game music and sound effects are generated on the device. Optional voice-over sends game labels and status messages to your device or browser speech engine. Its selected voice may use an online service under the privacy practices of that provider. Optional vibration uses the device’s supported vibration feature. Preferences can be changed in Settings. These features do not record audio or send vibration usage data to the developer.
5. Retention and deletion
Local progress, preferences and acceptance records remain until you clear them or the device/browser removes them. Use Clear local data in Settings to delete CrushPop’s stored records and restart the acceptance flow. You may also clear app storage through your device settings or site storage through your browser. Deleting local data resets progress; uninstalling may be affected by your device’s backup and restore settings. There is no player account or developer-held player database in this version.
6. Security
Local data is managed by your device or browser and is not specially encrypted by the game. Avoid playing on shared devices if you do not want others to access your progress or settings. No storage system can guarantee complete security.
7. Children and future features
The current preview does not ask players, including children, to submit personal information. The game is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and older. Any child-directed release and any future advertising, purchases, accounts or analytics will require an updated policy and appropriate disclosures and protections before those features are enabled.
8. Your choices and updates
You can change settings, delete local data or stop using the game. Acceptance acknowledges this policy; it does not grant consent to future advertising or unexpected data collection. If data practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any additional notice and separate consent required before introducing that collection.
