1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of CrushPop. By selecting Accept, you agree to these terms and acknowledge reading our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, close the app and do not play. If you cannot legally agree on your own, a parent or guardian must review these terms and authorize your use.
2. Playing fairly
You may use the game for personal entertainment. Do not use it unlawfully, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious software, bypass security or use cheats to exploit the service. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law gives you.
3. Game content
CrushPop’s original artwork, music and game content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive permission to play, rather than ownership of those materials. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. No affiliation with another game publisher is implied.
4. Progress and boosters
This preview saves completed level progress on your device. Unfinished boards are saved locally at stable points so you can resume; an interrupted animation may resume from the last saved state. Remaining booster inventory is saved on the device. Clearing app data, browser storage or changing devices can remove progress; cloud recovery is not currently available. Preview boosters have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed.
5. Ads and purchases
This version has no advertising or real-money purchases. Before introducing these features, we will disclose their terms, prices and relevant data practices. Any future purchases will be subject to the applicable store’s billing and refund rules and your statutory consumer rights.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide an enjoyable game, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free play or permanent availability. Features may change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by matters beyond our reasonable control. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
7. Stopping play and changes
You may stop using or uninstall the game at any time. Updated terms will display a new version and date. Material changes requiring your agreement will be presented before continued play.
